Since the inception of Impact, we have carried forward a strong philosophy to only provide quality products in view of maintaining long lasting relationships with valuable clients

We monitor carefully the actual products we use and also the quality and workmanship of any decoration (print, pad-print, screen-print, embroidery, laser engrave, emboss, foil, etc.).

If we have reason to be not satisfied according to our high standards, we reject any faulty products or workmanship before delivering to our clients.  Our in-house QA department will escalate this in our management control system, and appropriate procedures are followed to ensure compliance with our commital to quality on an ongoing basis.

We understand our clients are entrusting us with their brand/image - this is intellectual property, and we treat it with the respect that is due, and commit ourselves to uphold the integrity of our clients through supplying quality products accordingly.

In the extremely rare case of there ever being any reason for dissatisfaction, we readily replace/correct immediately and take action so that a problem is not repeated.
